The ”Resource Loading” page summarizes the members listed within a selection of projects, but instead of providing contact information about those people as you would see in the "Project Team" section of the "Project Listing" area, the focus for the Resource Loading information is to ensure that project and program management personnel have the data required to properly manage the resources needed to run those projects.

To make it easier for project management personnel to use, the data on this page can be viewed in any of the following manners:
Planned Hours per Employee – this choice shows what the planned usage is for each team member for the upcoming years.
Planned Hours per Project – this choice shows what the planned labor needs for project is for the ensuing years.
Actual Hours per Employee – this choice shows what the actual charges to date have been per user and the projects that they have worked on.
