The ”CCC” link under ”Portfolio Management” provides access to the ”Configuration Control Committee” administration section of IPCS.
”Portfolio Management – CCC” Page
This section was designed to provide specific users with the ability to quickly create the materials needed to administer the Configuration Control Committee meetings and to manage change requests for projects, including:
Agenda – users can select from a list of upcoming CCC meetings and IPCS will create a PDF agenda based on the CCC requests submitted into the system.
Minutes – select users have the ability to enter meeting minutes after each CCC meeting; by clicking on the ”Create Minutes” button IPCS will create a PDF report listing the minutes and their associated action items from the meeting. This page can also provide access to previous meeting minutes.
Meeting Schedule – the CCC administrator can schedule, or modify the existing schedule for, upcoming meetings within the system and use this schedule to activate the other CCC tools listed.
Manage Standing Members – this section is used to keep a running list of the standing members who will be expected to attend the CCC meetings; members listed here will automatically be included in future CCC meetings.
