The ”Issues” link provides users with a location on IPCS where they can view the issues that have been collected from multiple projects that make up a central portfolio.

As shown here, each "Issue" listed is made up of one or more "Action Items". These "Action Items" can be shown by clicking on the "+" sign to explode the list below a given "Issue".
Each "Action Item", as well as each "Issue", will be given an Importance ranking that is identified by one of four color selections:
Green indicates that this is a low importance item.
Yellow indicates that this is a medium importance item.
Red indicates that this is high importance item.
Clear (i.e., no color) indicates that this item has been completed or closed, independent of the importance assigned to that item.
Although both the "Issues" and the "Action Items" have status boxes showing their importance, it should be noted that the importance levels of the "Action Items" has no association to the importance level identified for the "Issue" containing those action items.
